Self-Healing Meditation
I use the Reiki Self Healing Part 1 and 2 videos as part of my morning meditation. Even if you do not have any Reiki training, you can use them too. Just sit and relax your breathing. Then, make your intention to love and heal yourself as you let the video guide you through the Reiki hand positions. Both videos take less than 15 minutes, and I promise you will feel better afterwards.
