Essential Oils - Jasmine

Jasmine Essential Oil is very sexy. It is rumored that Cleopatra wore it to seduce Caesar and Mark Antony. Whether that is true or not, Jasmine has a sweet smell that you either love or hate - there is no in between.

Jasmine is said to bring optimism and euphoria to those who smell it. (The flowers of this plant bloom at night - meaning that the essential oil is produced when it is dark outside.)  It is also said to relieve sexual tension. I find it to be an oil for emotional healing more than physical - unless your physical symptoms are sexual in nature.

For sexual tension (or to seduce) - inhale

For reproductive issues - rub on body (use a carrier oil) - it also helps with menstrual cramps when applied topically

For headache - rub on temples

Essential Oils - Peppermint

Peppermint Oil has many different uses and is one of the first oils you should try. It contains monoterpenes which help reprogram cellular memory. Its electromagnetic frequency is 78 MHz.

Before using, make sure you add to a carrier oil - do not put straight (neat) on the skin.

Most people use Peppermint Oil for digestion issues. Even smelling it can help with nausea, morning sickness, or  even motion sickness. It can also be used as an insect repellant and a facial steam to clear pores.

For any digestion issue - inhale or massage on the stomach

For headache - massage into temples or back of the neck

For sinus, cold, or flu - inhale from a hot pot of water

For Shingles - add a few drops to body lotion

For mouthwash - add a few drops to water

For toothache - apply to area with a cotton swab

Warning: Do not inhale for more than a couple of days. Overuse of Peppermint Oil can irritate your sinuses and lungs.
