Purple and Green Juice
Ingredients:
1 Lg. Eggplant
2 Granny Smith Apples
1 Bunch of Mustard Greens
3 Small Purple Potatoes
1 Clove Garlic
1/4 Onion
1 Handful of Sprouts
I drank this one before I could take a picture of it in the glass! It tasted fantastic!!!
